Rated 5 out of 5 by from TT Live assist is awesome! I had a very difficult return this year and needed the assistance of a live professional. The assistant stayed with me through the entirety of my return. Not only did they patiently help me solve my issue she acted as if she enjoyed it and never made me feel incompetent.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easier than dealing with a tax preparer Overall its a good product and for the most part it gets a little better every year. However it gets a bit lost at times and you have to go back in and manually correct things. Also I missed the summary comparison that turbo tax did, where it compares your key line items with what happened the year before. That was really helpful when trying to determine if I was missing anything.

This year however, I got caught in some weird review loop wanting me to update my farm income which I have never filed. Also, it's getting expensive for a simple filing
