Rated 2 out of 5 by from too many things that are hard to fix easily I needed to make a change to form 8995 and it is impossible to access that form to correct typos. Contacted customer service via chat and Facebook -- neither could help me. Additionally, if applying refund to the next year's return that amount should be clearly shown when filing the following year. I nearly claimed the payment twice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax Updater is a problem this year Due to the Operating requirements this year, I could not use my existing laptop with Windows 8.1. I bought a new laptop and Turbotax installed quickly, but when I went to use it, Updater kept locking up and crashing. I tried multiple times, re-booted and even tried a different wifi connection. Finally, several days later, after having same issue, when I cancelled, this time it prompted for the registration. It seemed to work ok after that, although in the past you had option not to update (if you had just done so recently, you could skip). This is no longer an option- either update or close. Other than this, it was pretty good, just an annoying start compared to past years.
