Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is super easy to use. Turbo Tax is super easy to use. I got hung up on a couple of questions, I asked a question in the search bar. It really didn't help me, so I put a frown face on their rating system. I received a call the next business day, wanting to know what I had trouble with that would cause me to give a frown face. Amazing customer service. I was then connected to a live agent, and Mary Beth did a wonderful job helping me get to the bottom of my questions.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Program But I have used TurboTax for several years to file personal and small business taxes. The program is easy to use and does a very good job putting info where it needs to go. BUT, one big mistake that TurboTax made cost me alot of time and stress. On the last few pages of the 1040 it tells you to enter a 5 digit code for ID and it says you can create any number. It does NOT tell you the number must match the code number you used last year if you filed electronically. It also does not tell you to record that number to use next year. It took me several tries to get the code right and finish up filing electronically. Also, you should not e-file your state return until you know the federal return has been excepted by the IRS.

I was apprehensive at first but after talking with several friends who ditched their tax preparers and used turbo tax , I was convinced to finally try turbo tax and I am glad that I did. Saves me time and money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaving me stressed out. It would be nice if you could simply go back to the last page, for as confusing as some of these lines are written, it becomes even more necessary. After not understanding one of the questions, it tried to go back but it was no longer an option. It felt like a very buggy experience. Also some .csv files needed to be imported for Paypals crypto but that also kept giving error messages. Using Turbotax may result me with an audit or failed tax return.
