Rated 4 out of 5 by from Taxes are Inevitably a Bear Cute format but still too many glitches, unfathomable info, gaps in coverage, and frustrating, confusing instructions. We had 2 mortgage lenders and it wasn't obvious how to add info from both. We weren't asked about dividend payments. Tax laws need revision.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is great! It's been great. However, I was unable to submit my taxes using TT for 2021 and 2020. Other than that, I have used turbotax for the past 10 years with ease.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from It works, sort of. Every year, I leave the Permanent address blank, and use a PO box for the mailing address, and for the last 20 years, that has worked. The reason being, the PO box mail is so much more reliable, than the mail where the Permanant address is located. And no matter what they promise that the mailing vs Permanent address, they ALWAYS manage to mail important documents to the Permanent address, instead of the Mailing address. So I NEVER use anything but the good old reliable PO box. Now, this year 2022 April, Turbotax did not let me transmit the taxes as it always had, with the nonsensical Permanant address being blank. Even though I tried many times to leave it blank, it still blocked the transmission.
