Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not as good as you use to be I have used turbo tax for over 20 years. This year was the absolute worse-- i could not access none of the past 2 years of tax returns on my computer-- got an error message and said it couldnt load. The link for the solution said it was no longer there. I signed in to intuit and it no longer had my tax records there. Then there was the inconvenience of adding my bank account information a second time for the state return. Then there was the annoying disclaimers and agreements i kept having to type my name and date for and selecting I agree-- it was at least twice. As i mentioned earlier i have been using turbo tax for over 20 years-- this my well be the last year i use this software and service. it sucked that much.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Trust Tax Return Confusing Turbo Tax not very good for processing a simple final trust tax return. Explanations are not very clear. Found myself guessing on many of the questions and options. Definitely not for someone who is not a tax accountant.
