But please tell me why you are able to get someone to call you back if you are using the ON LINE version (which is FREE) vs. the downloaded software version. It is so unfair. I truly felt that there was an error and I wanted someone to just explain it to me. But I couldn't get anyone unless I paid ANOTHER $75. No WAY. If this is the way Turbo Tax treats their customers I'd prefer not to use them in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Granted, I'm single, but that was easy Like the title says, I'm single, so mine is pretty easy, but this was really easy. I didn't have to think about anything. I paid an accountant $150 to do the same thing last year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is affordable & user friendly We use turbo tax every year, their products are affordable and so easy to use! We save hundreds of dollars by doing our own self-employed tax returns. Their ensure we don't miss any expenses, are credits that are allowed to us. We feel at ease using their software, because at any moment if we have any questions their is a live chat feature that will assist! Thanks TurboTax for another smooth year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax works well for me, but I have problems! I have trouble loading information from a prior year. When it goes out to find my previous year, it comes back with none found.
