If I'm not sure if I need it or not, its easy to click on the question mark and find out. It doubles check your work for you to make sure you don't miss anything important. It remembers who you and how you filed, year after year so you don't have to remember. Makes filing easy and less complicated.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Double charge I really don't like that you charge a "processing" fee after you have finished you taxes. I would like it better if it was stated up front. If it was stated up front, it needs to be in bigger bolder print, not the fine print. I have used this company for around ten years now and most likely will continue to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Wonderful - Use it every year I use Turbo Tax every year and have never had any problems - I do it myself. It is so much better than when we had to do it the old way (with paper) and then wait to get the refund in the mail. Thanks for technology.
