Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thanks TurboTax for making it less painful :) :) I always dread tax time because I have more than one line of business and it takes more time now. (And of course, I could keep up with more details on my own throughout the year haha!) That said, TurboTax Self-Employed has made it less painful by making things easy to navigate and hitting all of the necessary areas. I love the Self-Employed version and this will be my go-to for years to come!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This worked well for me as my Accountant retired This was the first year I filed taxes on my own since my Accountant retired unexpectedly due to health concerns. I was able to complete my filing with very easy to answer questions just like I was sitting in her office.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's TOO expensive. Your pre-screeners were polite but really don't know enough about the program and what REALLY happens to be of much help. First pre-screener could not do anything when I told her that I was locked out of my account information. She told me she would check on it and get back in 30 minutes. 4 HOURS later she called. The second pre-screener told me that Barry would contact me via e-mail and not within the program. Well that was wrong. Again I was locked out of my account information screen and the advise that he offered would have kicked me out of full service and lost all my tax forms. Not his fault. It's a lack of training issue with corporate. Barry was extremely knowledgable. But I have an issue that I am NOT ALLOWED to see the tax forms until I paid for the service. HEY! Why the heck did I give you my credit card info during my initial pre-screener visit? I am completing the payment and filing pages BUT have still NOT SEEN my tax forms. I certainly HOPE that I will get a copy of them at the end.

That said, TurboTax Self-Employed has made it less painful by making things easy to navigate and hitting all of the necessary areas. I love the Self-Employed version and this will be my go-to for years to come!
