Rated 4 out of 5 by from Been doing this for more than a decade Once again using Turbo tax made my return rather painless. The only gripe I have is some information(e.g. information concerning a SSA lump sum my wife received a decade ago and my IRA contributions) is not carried over and I have to did out old returns and find the numbers .

Rated 2 out of 5 by from fine but quit trying to upcharge service is fine. Like it even. Have no problem paying for it. Don't even mind trying to uncharge me once. But if I've said no, I don't want your upgrade - its insane to make me keep clicking no. Hard to trust any business allegedly helping with financial decisions when it just tries to find ways to trick you into paying more.
