Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple Fast and Helpful I've used TurboTax my entire adult life and found the software extremely helpful. This year I ran into some issues, so the "call a tax pro" came in really handy. Everyone I've talked to who works for TurboTax has been helpful and friendly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Prices are High I've used turbo tax for 7 years now and I've input my taxes all myself every year. I've selected to do my taxes on my owe with no charge and when I was all finished with my taxes I was charged $117.00. I was unable to select no when asked how to be charged for Turbo Tax at the end of filing my taxes. I was then charged $39.00 three different times adding up to $117.00 taken out of my taxes. I hope we can resolve this issue so i can continue to use Turbo Tax to do my taxes.
