Rated 1 out of 5 by from I was mislead I was told that my filing would be free. It was not free. I spend a lot of time trying to figure out why I was told it was free originally, and basically, I was told that the person who helped me made a mistake. So, I had to pay for their mistake.

Hence the price I paid feels expensive. Navigating the features did not sound intutive and keep getting doubts. I am not getting convinced that it's working on getting max refund.
