Rated 2 out of 5 by from Problems with e-file due to AGI Have used Turbo Tax for many years, always satisfied in the past. This year was unable to e-file due to an error with AGI. We file married filing jointly, every time I tried to e-file it would produce an error that either my wife's AGI or mine did not match IRS records. Tired Turbo Tax help, who sent me to the IRS, after a long complicate process, found out the IRS records matched what I had. Back to TT help who told me I was not unique, many people reporting the same problem. Adived it was probably easier to print and mail.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Software Glitches I went through the entire Turbo Tax for my 2022 taxes. When I went to file, a software glitch prevented me from filing since it said it was missing my email, even though my email was entered and verified. I called the help line, and after 2o minutes of trying something, the help person told me I should fine different software for my taxes.

We know we will be prompted to input all the proper information and that the corrections will be done correctly. If we have questions, they have detailed easy to understand explanations available along with each info request.
