The person I called for help with Turbo Tax was wonderful, but getting the system to recognize that I did not have disaster relief took quite a bit of time, and it would not let me do our youngest son's taxes for free. I had to go to another company to get those done.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was getting worried, but it work out! I couldn't file my taxes the first time because I had to wait on a certain form to become available. But all good now just have to patient to get my taxes done. So all great now!

Top it off had to paid for the efile . And would not let me insert Identity protection number. Should ask if you have one or not but does't

Rated 5 out of 5 by from turbotax is awesome i loved having the ability to see the impact of my expenses on my refund as i enter data. also, the accessibility i have to reach out to a tax expert at any time and within minutes we are addressing any concerns and guiding me to complete my taxes

For the second year on the raw I spend a long time after I finished the taxes form... just because you insist with your questions ... Marketing. It used to be better. Please send mail or whatever ... but don't try to get the customer longer when its basically done with taxes.
