Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the BEST! Turbo Tax is easy, all the answers right before you, and the feeling of confidence with the filing. This is my eighth year with Turbo Tax and can't imagine using anything else.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from near disaster with federal efile TurboTax Business did NOT efile my federal at the same time as my state. Thankfully I doublechecked it. I had to remove the state form to get the federal to efile after the state. Business is less friendly to use than Home and Business. It often requires direct form edits, even for a simple 1041 Trust Fiduciary filing.

It does appear that they try to make it difficult to do state filing by mail difficult to force you into paying for state e-filing. It took me an hour to sort through this and get my state taxes printed properly. Not happy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbotax was really good, was a little confusing I've used TT many times and found it to be easy to use and felt confident in using it. This year with a few added items I had to talk with someone to get help 2 times. Still a little unsure if it was done correctly. Hoping and praying it is. Now wondering about past yrs.
