Rated 2 out of 5 by from Prefer Software CD This was my first year using the online version. It was much less user friendly than the CD version. I didn't like that I couldn't see my actual tax forms at anytime and I found it harder to navigate. The explanations were not as helpful and very generic.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great! Works very well. Been in this game for 25 years and TurboTax has been increasingly easier and efficient to use. And now customer service answers my phone call in less than 3 minutes and resolves the problem quickly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is overpriced and overlobbyed I don't appreciate the constant hikes in costs for the software when the company has lobbied the US government to make the tax system so complicated that citizens have to use a third party.

Plus after my return got rejected the site kept sending me in loops and wouldn't let me change or fix the issue. They need to fix their site! and they need to stop charging people that qualify for free filing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Super Easy but overpriced I love turbo tax but it has become so expensive I can literally pay the same amount to support a local business in my area and have them do my taxes. Swapping to that next year. I'd rather pay a person than a software.
