Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Transparent Poor unless simplest of returns Said I had no late fee penalty, then I saw it was on my return, Data imported is poorly used. Too many entries for data already imported. Calculations hidden, where data is used is hidden, reworking a section introduces problems. Some items remain filled, some don't, Question/answer format different on different pages.

She was absolutely wonderful, she stayed on and made sure everything went through. Don't ever loose her she is a great access to your company. the price was ridicules, highest I have ever had to pay. Thank you, China!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Intuitive and user-friendly The process was fairly intuitive and user friendly, though I had thought I was supposed to receive more in the way of child-tax credits this year, and I didn't find any explanation as to why that seemed to have been cut.
