Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent customer support. Terrible hidden fees Customer support was excellent. She guided me through my 1099s expertly. My biggest con are the fees TurboTax adds on at the end (even though I chose the basic option). There needs to be way more transparency upfront.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from easy but not so good It's easy, but a rip off charging way to much just because you have a 1099, they say it's $119 then they charge you an extra $ 39 for agreeing for the $119 to be deducted from the small amount of refund you get back. This is not good at all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Review I have used TurboTax for many years. It seems to have gotten easier to use. My only concern is the pricing. We are retired and the pricing is getting tough since we are on a fixed income. There should be special pricing or senior discount available.
