Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am very pleased I love their live help! If you have any questions, you can opt in to have someone assist you with understanding what and how to do something. They help team is very thorough and pleasant and happy to help. It is absolutely refreshing to have such 'INTUITIVE" software that really makes the experience the best. I would also like to add that doing it from the comfort of your home is much better than filing taxes in a CPAs office where its drafty,and dull. Thank you TurboTax!
