Rated 3 out of 5 by from i didn't like the online one. the online one doesnt allow me to look at the forms so I felt I was always in the dark about my return. next to impossible to change things once they were entered. I never did see my depreciation schedule or my schedule E worksheet. Next year I'll use the download one

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Easy for beginners and professionals I've used Turbo Tax for several years and this year was the easiest. It's institutive and accurate. The program leads you step by step with helps if you are unsure of a question. I highly recommend its use.

I purchase the one that handles both home and finances...so it is pretty pricey. I am disappointed that the only way that I can talk to a live support person is to pay for the upgrade with $90. So sad...you really have diminished your service for a great tool. You advertise on tv, buy TT and don't do your taxes. Here I am buying your product and doing my taxes...and yet I cannot even get a live answer from someone.
