Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another great experience! I love using Turbo Tax. It does cost $ but I get the answers I need to feel confident about filing my taxes. Each of the "info" buttons are helpful and I truly feel I learn more about taxes each year using the program.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Never asked for the IRS Identity Protection Number This is the 2nd year in a row that TurboTax failed to ask for my IRS Identity Protection Personal Identification Number. I know that my return will be rejected and I'll have to jump through TTax hoops before I'm finally asked for the number...not my IRS password, but the yearly number they specifically send to verify. TTax asked all about my NC driver's license, but that won't get my IRS tax return accepted.

In addition to that you can click on a help box for almost everything if you aren't sure what it is for or how it works. Makes filing myself as easy as currently possible.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate the new format The new format is confusing and complicated. Although I bought Turbo Tax at Costco, the format tricked me into paying another 60+ to file (I thought I was paying the tax owed instead of a fee for using TurboTax.)
