Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple To Use and Easy To Understand I have been using Turbo Tax for several years and I have always been very happy with them. Helpful and easy to understand. This makes taxes take less time and be significantly less frustrating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from DID NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS Did not transfer TT 2021 data into TT 2022 program. Software format was not user friendly, required several TT calls to clarify and/or resolve issues some of which first line contacts were unable to resolve. Even second line agents had difficulties with some glitches. All of which required considerable time and frustration to complete filing. Online pricing considerably higher than CD version.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Paid for state e-file and wouldn’t accept This is the second straight year that i have paid foe e-file on my state return and then had to mail it. That’s pretty shady that you take my money for a service and cant deliver said service. That fee really should be refunded. If its not, I will be using another service next year for my tax preparation.
