I also appreciate the live help, today I spoke with an agent named Michelle who was able to guide me through my questions quickly and easily. I highly recommend TurboTax!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from super expensive I had to do my taxes myself and was just using turbo tax's platform. I can't believe they would charge over $150 for me to file my taxes myself. I pay that amount to see a CPA. If I could, I would give 0 star

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Normally, I'd give five stars BUT I've been using TurboTax for many years to DIY my taxes. However, this year, I was essentially forced to upgrade my normal filing tools to premium without recourse. Very disappointing that this forcibly came up during checkout...which makes no sense because the taxes were completed using deluxe (there was absolutely no change when upgraded) The amount I was charged to file federal and two state taxes was 100+ bucks more...I mean honestly, I could go get them done professionally for that amount or less. It really makes me question if I'll continue using this tax service.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hate this software, hate your company I've used this product for years, and I hate it in 2023 more than ever. Next year I will absolutely not use it. The basic federal product price has gone up and up, and I have to pay twice again for two states. And then at least 15 times my e-filing has been rejected. The software says to print everything out and mail it. What a joke. I am really sorry I used this product all these years. Literally angry at you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Tax Tool for Personal and Small Business Thorough and trustworthy tool that is effective for filing taxes. Changes this year did not help usability. I had to go back and force review of a few key sections, but not too onerous. Could improve also by showing previous year's labels entered as well as amounts. Good job pulling investment information from brokerage account reports (big plus!!).
