Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax was awesome until I tried to efile I have used TurboTax for 25+ years. Everything was fine until I hit the button to "Transmit Returns Now". My returns did not transmit. I tried unsuccessfully to follow Help suggestions. I talked to 2 agents and received no help. I ended up mailing my returns.

I seen some People get their panties in a bunch because TurboTax is charging money more so than normal they think but you know what I mean I think it’s fair because they do a great job and they deserve to get their money for doing the great services they provide thank you TurboTax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Desktop version - create a Tubotax account Support folks got the problem resolved in just an hour or so. If you have the desktop version, create an account in Turbotax.com before trying to efile a state return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NEEDS WORK WHEN RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS!!!!! The program worked fine until IRS rejected my E filing. I needed my AGI for my spouse for 2020 and was unable to retrieve this information. I tried to contact Turbo Tax without any success!!! I needed to file by mail but was already charged $26.66 for NJ State return which I now had to file by mail. What a BUMMER! I want a refund.

Example: Question asking whether California taxable amount was less than or greater than the federal taxible amount of my pension. When paying, I kept getting a red message that the expiration date on my drivers license needed to be after the issue date. It already was.
