Rated 5 out of 5 by from More complicated return, still easy to follow Our return was more complicated than it ever has been before. I was still able to just follow the directions without too much trouble. I needed the "Help" twice, and both times it helped!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Doesn't Get Easier It just gets better and better. No one looks forward to doing their taxes (If they say they do it's a lie or their crazy) But TT has always been easy and it seems to have gotten easier/quicker since I first used them years ago.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax explains Had to figure out which one of us it was referring to since we extracted our info from financial institutions. Also act the end have to review the info on the RMD forms. Everything else was fairly easy.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from 2022 is Glitchy. Several Reboots Needed I've used TT for years. This year, my return was very glitchy and required a lot of extra work. Challenges around printing in particular. Disappointing.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax seems more cumbersome this year. Didn't use live expert help and although I can appreciate the security precautions, it seemed a bit too much. Nevertheless, I consider it my my viable tool.
