Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed with Turbo Tax The tax preparation is good. However, I was unable to e-file my return. I lost my husband in 2020, so I was unable to e-file last year, do to the Self-select PIN, that was entered by Turbo Tax, not matching IRS records. This year the same thing happened. I hope you are able to correct this before next year. I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years and have never had a problem e-filing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New costs are extremely annoying & unfair Really finding these new hidden costs frustrating, I am a graduate student, having to spend an unexpected $100 on filing my taxes will affect my ability to buy groceries this month....not ideal

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2021 Turbo Tax very good except for COVID Tax Part 2021 Turbo Tax was excellent, as usual, except for two things: 1 instructions for treatment of COVID tax matters was confusing causing errors in my return 2. E Filing failed because of supposed issue with 2020 AGI amount. IRS record and my entry matched but caused a rejection of the e file. IRS says it is not on their end Turbo Tax is silent on the issue. Fixes recommended by Turbo Tax failed to resolve the issue

Rated 5 out of 5 by from US tax is a mess, we need TurboTax The US tax system is sadistic. Not that the taxes are high - that's arguable - but the whole thing is too complicated. I do my parents taxes abroad; it is a breeze. Granted that their tax situation is simpler, but it should not be the case that we have to have an expert helping me out. And yet, I do, so TurboTax fully satisfies my needs.
