Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Review My 5th year using Turbo Tax. I could not prepare my return without this program. That said, I would like to see an improved File Close process. There is no File> Close, only File> Exit and then I'm asked if I want to Save the File even if I did not make changes. I think I'd like an explanation of my Yes or No answer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from New Turbo Tax is Exhausting I will not use Turbo Tax next year. I have used it since 2004. This new format was exhausting. I called to get help and the woman was of no use. She absolutely could not answer my questions regarding my forms. The format was tedious requiring several answers before moving onto the actual form. Also, so many "chances" to purchase more upgrades!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Help Ann Marie was fantastic help and fun to talk with she was great at walking me through the things I needed to fill in and things that I didn't. The second person who helped with the state tax return was pleasant and very business like in helping me get some glitches sorted out ( sorry didn't catch her name) For a first time filer it was a good experience and outcome.
