Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is decent but dual state needs work when dealing with multiple states the forms need work, the proper forms are not provided and not all information is passed on to each form. The instructions for what needs to be filled out first are not clear. errors appeared without any indication as to what was wrong. took multiple calls to support and multiple tax forms filled out to resolve the error. no way to delete the state forms once they have been started.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from IMO Turbo Tax Used to Be More User Friendly I used to think Turbo Tax was great, but not as impressed now. It's not as intuitive as it used to be and I thought in several places it should have auto populated with same info that i used previously but it didn't.
