Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is not too bad! Most of process is fine but I believe there is a hitch that needs attention when you have a situation where you have to leave the procedure and come back it is hard to get to the spot where you left off.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed with the FEES!!! I was charged $220+ to file my taxes and I entered everything myself! Why am I being charged so much to do this myself? My sister was charged NOTHING to do hers. It doesn't make sense!!! I tried to go back and double check everything but I was charged already so I was unable to. I may have to look into a different way to do my taxes if I keep being charged these outrageous fees to file myself.
