Rated 3 out of 5 by from Inconvenient to use Each time i enter Premier Turbo Tax (PTT) I have to renter information I already answered. It has proven inconvenient again this year when I go back to prior years to check what I answered previously and must fill in info I entered last year. Even more frustrating that I must re-enter answers I previously researched on the current year return as I seek to update or add new info I just received or calculated. I'd give PTT five (5) stars were it not for this glaring fault.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Helpful but definitely bumpy this year I have used TurboTax for years and will continue to in the future, though I was surprised by the change in FreeFile that did not allow me to file for free in any way, shape, or form (e.g. no special discounts for early filing applied either), when I make under $45,000 a year and have the same tax situations I did before (which are all SUPER simple). Agents were not helpful regarding some of my state return questions, the software phrased some lines in such a way that both myself and the agent I spoke to were misunderstanding what and how to input information. Some agents were more helpful than others-- ironically, more helpful in the beginning when I was using FreeFile. I was also charged for a state return I don't believe I have to file and will probably have to call someone AGAIN to get a refund. I hope next year is smoother.
