I will not use next time.....I just want my credit card refunded my tax payment and charge for e-filing my state return. I had to print my returns and snail mail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not happy this year I thought I'd filed and paid, but found out it hadn't gone through. Schedule K-1 is ridiculously complicated. Often time the info isn't on the form. I am now late.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax fooled me! But its still ok Everything was good until it was time to efile. I didn't want the Rapid processing which is a fee of $39 but I was charged for it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from great tax program, poor kredit karma partner super easy to use, only glitched on a couple of items. kredit karma portion sucked, im a member and it just kept dumping me into an endless loop of verifications so 5 thumbs down for karma.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is sufficient Turbo Tax successfully leads me through my taxes. It could provide a less streamlined approach alternatively. Sometimes, the questions guide too much and it would be nice to be able to see the actual tax form. Overall, it is an impressive service.
