I sent a message to have a tax expert call me. In less than 30 minutes Suzanne reach out to me & helped me through the whole process. She was great! Turns out we even have the same birthday!! She couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Thank you so much!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Exceptional Service I ran into an issue and needed assistance. The first representative I spoke to was Roberta. She was very informative and reassuring and made sure I wasn't discouraged. She was unable to solve the issue in the end but her customer service already made me feel at ease and I knew it was a matter of time before the issue was resolved. Although I was transferred to 3 different representatives and lasted a total of 4 hours on the phone, I will most definitely be filing next year with Turbo tax. Everyone was patient and explained to me in detail the way my taxes were being calculated. I appreciate the time and effort of each representative in trying to resolve my issue.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Might be time to find a new service I used to recommend Turbo tax to everyone. It's now gotten cost prohibitive and I no longer understand 1/2 the questions and then spend more time on declining add ons and trying to understand what is needed to file and what is some partnership or another trying to sell me something else. On top of that, I'm not as confident that I'm filing correctly as I used to be. Instead of clear cut examples and easy wording it's following the governments trend of so full of legalese your head spins. Quickly deciding there has to be a better way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super helpful and makes the whole process easier! It was my first time preparing my taxes for myself and I have a lot of different 1099 income streams and W-2 together. Being a musician, prepping taxes can be a hassle. TurboTax made it so much easier and more approachable and help was ready when I needed it!
