Rated 2 out of 5 by from Liked the old format (UAT) There seems to be a lot going on now - lot's of pop-up images that are not relevant for someone trying to get through a SIMPLE Tax Return filing. I understand if TurboTax is trying to engage with younger users, but's let's be honest. Who pays the most for TT extra benefits? Older people. Let's try to engage with the generation who is most revenue-generating. If you could try to simplify, perfect.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No longer impressed When I have been using Turbo Tax for a decade, I should never have to look at previous year's taxes to answer a question on this year's taxes. That is what I have Turbo Tax for. Turbo Tax seems to be making tax prep more difficult if you don't choose their premium packages.
