Very Disappointed with 2021 TurboTax Premier
Very disappointed with your 2021 product. It kept crashing and would not load any of my Charity deductions from your own online product ItsDeductible. Also, it wouldn't allow me to purchase your Audit Protection, just presenting "blank screen" when selected. Same problem with trying to purchase CA State filing and had to waste time calling your service center to purchase the ability to e-file the state return. Finally, the ultimate insult was that it took me 3-times to actually file both the Federal & CA State returns because of some bogus "were experiencing internet transmission problems... Try to see if it worked in an hour" message from your software! I am on a 1GB Cable internet connection and everything works great, EXCEPT YOUR SOFTWARE. I have never had these issues with any of your products over the last 5+ years and I am seriously considering a different service for my next years tax needs because of all of these issues.

Love to use TurbiTax, but it gets very expensive. E-File with TurboTax should be FREE !

e-file PIN Fail Still Not Fixed since last year
Since a main reason to buy this stuff is to efile instead of printing 50 pages and mailing, I subtract two stars from otherwise helpful sw. If the PIN has to be fixed, the UI provides no way to do it. Community question a year ago was answered only as to AGI not PIN. PIN answer in April 2022 is only for online web app not downloaded exe app. The UI did not offer any opportunity to reenter the PIN on my second try, even though it has the rejection relating pin and agi, and agi matches the previous year. The community answers are devoid of help on this topic, or even to explain if it's not possible so I wouldn't have wasted time trying and writing this review. I'm probably printing and mailing again. Now, is it possible to get the refund for the failed state e-file?

Very Disappointed
This year I had a terrible experience. I had an error message that I could not e-file my return because a form was not attached, Form 7203. I could not figure out how to get it attached so I had to "mail" my Federal Return. I had already paid to e-file my State return, but could not get my State Return to e-file without the Federal Return. I wasn't expecting these issues. The return was complete with no errors and when ready to file all of these issues arose which took a lot of my time. Now I have to go the post office to mail the returns AND I have to request a refund for the $25 fee to electronically file the State Return. It should not be so difficult to electronically file a return and when difficulties like this arise, there should be "LIVE" help.
