TurboTax, please stop advertising that your filing is free, and please stop advertising that it is easy to file with your platform. You don't even offer basic document upload, scanning, and autofill. Also, as a company that handles sensitive financial information, fraud protection should be a given and not something you ask for customers to pay extra.

The total wouldn't display The total wouldn't reflect correctly in the top left, jibberish instead of numbers (I'm on Goggle Chrome) and I couldn't e-file because I live in the UK and it kept demanding that I verify my identity with a US phone number. I don't have a US phone number! So short sighted, you don't think any US residents live outside of the US????!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax We have used TurboTax for several years and it is easy to use and if we have had anything new come up, it is super easy to look it up and file the correct paperwork. Highly recommend this company.
