Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unfortunate hidden fees, overpriced Turbo tax has put more fee's in every year. I will be switching to another company to file my taxes next year. I filed a simple standard deduction and uploaded a few extra documents and get charged an extra $118...total of $178. That is insane.

Honestly probably some of the best customer service I've experience out of any company. I've filed using turbo tax for a number of years and intend to continue due to the ease of use (as easy as taxes can be) and their customer service. Thank you for your very friendly and knowledgeable CPAs who have been happy to assist.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax never disappoints! I'm going to be honest, doing taxes isn't my all time favorite thing to do but its important and necessary and part of being an adult! I've used both H&R Block and Turbo Tax services and both are very good and helpful but I may return to an in person tax assistant or an accountant in the future, depending on the circumstances in my future. I'm going to go back to school in the future and continue on with my schooling and education to finish my bachelor's of science degree in chemistry with a minor in computer science. I eventually want to get my PhD in chemistry or chemical engineering and teach and do research someday. So, my taxes might get pretty complicated in the future but only time will tell.
