Rated 1 out of 5 by from wasted over 2 hours over 8 cents There was ZERO way to tell Turbotax that my 1099-MISC was also from Robinhood (I had a DIV and B from there too) and it kept trying to get me to list it as other work. All 3 forms were automatically retrieved from Robinhood, so it should've known. ALSO, *many* things about my returns don't change, yet there's often no easy way to just bring them over from last year, or review the previous year's entries in detail side-by-side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Talk about easy! I woke up today, 4/19/23, and felt fear because I realized I had missed the deadline. While I know this doesn't fix me being late, the speed and ease of filling out the return put me at ease immediately. And can we talk about accuracy?! Every thing filled in from both companies I worked for, one of whom is a privately run small business! Thanks so much, TurboTax team!

You always get charged more than it says you will and some of the fees you don't know about until you've submitted the payment information. I've used this for several years, and while it is fairly easy to navigate, for the last couple of years I've been more and more unhappy. Next year we won't be using this service.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Outrageous fee on paying through the system We owed over $13,000 to the IRS. The Turbotax formula for charging a portion of taxes owed charged us over $300 just for paying through the system. Turbo tax had no more effort to pay $13,000 than it does to pay $13. I'll be going back to H&R Block software next year.
