Rated 5 out of 5 by from Need help after moving to CO from MA and I got it I had problems with my federal return because I mistakenly tried to use only one Schedule C for both my 1099 & Statutory Income. Linda painstakingly walked me through my errors. Also had trouble syncing my state returns & will need more help to fix my errors.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Lacked ability to add supplemental information The first store copy had a defective disk which meant we had to return and get a new copy. The ability to add supplemental info to some fields caused me to resort to spread sheet to total information. The sale of business property did not allow an override capability on loss of capital on sale and it deleted. Had to go on line for help. The K1 field for K3 to follow does not allow for June releases or override so on recommendation of online help I didn't check. This may cause me to refile when the K3 s are issued.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What Happened to One Free Stae E-File? Filing taxes is not my favorite thing. Turbotax makes it more simple. I thought one free State E-File was included with the purchase of the Deluxe version. Am I missing something? I didn't expect to have to pay for it. That should be made clear when you check the box to e-file your state return. That cost you some of my goodwill.
