Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a big help when filing taxes I have used TurboTax since 2013 (I believe!). The guides are good, even though sometimes I am not too sure of what it is telling me. But, it has worked for 10 years!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to use software, upgrades cost automatically I have used Turbotax software for several years now and feel it is easy to use. However, now there is an automatic upgrade that I didnt request nor did I click any upgrade buttons. This feature drives more profits at the cost of unsuspecting customers. There appears to be no way to revert the lower levels of software filing products. This is VERY annoying and I will likely do more research next tax season.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Hidden Charges I am beginning to HATE TurboTax. It seems like a scam now adding charges in with all the extra "optional" services. Also, I SHOULD have read all the fine print but DANG charging me $150 to charge to my CC? Seriously?? I wont cuss here but.. dang!!!!!
