Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy, intuitive, but NEVER free. #Predatory Functionally, yes this is an easy and relatively timely way to do your taxes. But I selected the "free" version and ended up paying $237. At some point in the process it switches to premium and there's no way to switch back. And because I've already committed 2 hours of my life, like a sucker I pay the bill.

I needed it bad and she came through in a great deal. It took at least 3hrs but remained diligent and punctual, including requesting extra assistance when necessary. Thanks to Rebecca and TurboTax for helping me out
