Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cannot e-file The software has been encountering issues on AGIs matching IRS's platform. And despite having all the correct numbers (I have the transcript as well as prior years' returns and attempted different methods (entering zero), I was unable to e-file for two consecutive years (likely another one has the issue pertains). Reps are not helpful. Extremely disappointed. I will not use this product again if this issue is still here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Gets better every year! I have been using TurboTax for almost ten years now and it continues to get better every year! It has always been a useful tool, but it is so easy and quick now - it removes much of the guesswork and has excellent explanations. Although tax season is not the most enjoyable, at least TurboTax makes it as close to enjoyable as one could imagine.
