Rated 1 out of 5 by from OK It's a great program just over priced If I wasn't pressed for time I would have used another free program $117 for standard deduction 1040 with no complications is robbery I will definitely look else where next year unless it's cheaper

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like TurboTax I have used TurboTax for years, but the last three years I have had to send it in via the post office because they will not accept the AGI I put in. It just keeps being rejected. I put in the correct numbers they tell me and it still gets rejected. I am confused.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax was very helpful with my needs I do not think it is fair that Turbo Tax give you an option to get help with filing your taxes for free and then in the middle of entering your tax information you are given an additional offer to pay for the services anyway. I feel like the customers are being mislead, railroaded and bamboozled into a financial agreement regardless. The offer of payment should be an immediate decision for the customer at a one time offer.
