Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easiest online tax filing experience! Turbo Tax is a finely tuned tax filing tool. The user interface is clean and uncluttered through each step of the process. Your eyes aren't constantly searching the screen to try and take in all the information displayed, because it is kept very simple and to the point. Turbo Tax gathers your information in easy-to-handle increments. It asks a straightforward question, you answer, and click continue. At each instance, there is a "learn more" or "how do I find my information" link that provides an easy-to-understand walkthrough on how to obtain your information or an explanation of what is being asked of you. The option to import documents such as W2s and 1099s electronically, or by importing a document file, makes entering your information effortless. Turbo Tax displays your filing progress and each step of the process is displayed in the left margin so you know where you are in the process and what remains to be completed. Logging out mid-way and then jumping back in later works perfectly and returns you to exactly where you left off with all of your entries saved. The options for additional services like audit protection and live assistance from tax experts give you peace of mind and reassurance that help is available if you start to feel like you're in over your head. Turbo Tax took the pain out of filing taxes this year. I highly recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is great but… I love Turbo Tax. I have been using it for years because it is easy to use. One complaint, I did not realized when I used the “Live Help” it would automatically charge me for it. I had originally selected the Deluxe version, but when I had a “non tax” question but an issue trying to get back to a certain section of the form, it changed to higher cost form.

I used the help and spent a while on the phone with an agent, walking through all my questions. Best product out there for your taxes. I highly recommend! Thank you TurboTax!
