Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbotax is a little complicated It's pretty easy, but some explanations for things are not easy to understand or don't explain my question at all. Especially when it comes to filing certain forms; however, when it lets me take a picture or upload a file it makes it somewhat easier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from INterface is clunky, buttons hard to read I would rather enter Personal Tax information before Business, but Business pops up first. Each group of questions comes with an Edit button, but you can't easily say "None of these apply" Some check box listings allow you to press a "No" button, others ask you to select "None of these apply to me" Please be consistent I cannot read white letters on cyan background. Tech support has explained that there is NO WAY to configure these colors to something that I can read. This makes the program very frustrating for me to use

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a real time saver Very thorough in finding income and deductions. It saved me many hours or even days if I did my taxes manually. TurboTax does have one bug - it kept putting in the number 434,020 when there was no value to enter. I had to delete it multiple times.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax saved my butt, just like every year. I had some complicated forms I didn't know how to enter, and several experts were also at a loss. After about five calls, I wound up working with Pat, who had the patience and the knowledge to sort the information and knew what to do with it. After seven hours of me working on our taxes, Pat put me over the finish line, and I will be grateful until I'm dead.
