Rated 1 out of 5 by from clunky wouldn't allow me to include the Oregon Political Contribution Credit on my state taxes. Said we exceeded the income limit. This would have been true if I was filing single but was not true for filing married jointly which we were. Very frustrating and ended up costing me $100

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax Live Full Service is not worth the money TurboTax Live Full Service Premier is not worth the money for the average person. I ran my taxes myself through a similar tool in under an hour and found that I was within a few dollars of the amount that the provided tax expert calculated. So not only did I pay about $400.00 extra dollars to file my taxes, but I spent hours trying to contact my agent and worrying about when the next step will be. The process took days compared to the hour that I spent in a similar tool by myself. I do not recommend this service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Satisfied Turbo Tax customer for 21 years. The first two experts assigned to me refused to do my return & didn't communicate. Jamia picked up where they left off and provided an outstanding service, restoring my trust in Turbo Tax.
