Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inconsistent Results I got inconsistent results. Run 1: When entering W-2 information for two different employers, TurboTax gave me a notice that one employer withheld too much and to request a corrected W-2. It didn't say WHAT was withheld too much, so I input my tax information a second time. Run 2: I didn't get the notice that an employer had withheld too much. I realized I entered the W-2s in opposite order, so thinking that may have something to do with it, I started a third run. NOTE: while I entered the SAME INFORMATION, my return was significantly different. Run 3: I entered the W-2s in the same order as Run 1, but didn't get the notice that I needed a corrected W-2. Return was different then Run 1 and Run 2. Run 4: I still didn't get the notice that a corrected W-2 is required and arrived at the same return as my second run, so I filed this one. Information entered for all 4 of the above was identical. The fact that the results varied so much makes me distrust Turbo Tax and I probably won't use it in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First Time FLEW By. So Grateful. This process wasn’t impossible but it was a little shaky at first due to my fear and uncertainty. But after I was asked clear questions and was received with patience I was able to cohesively help and LEARN what I could so one day, I can do my own. It was the process I needed before my 25th birthday. Thank you Gary and friends. Thanks Turbo Tax!
