Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is the best product ever!! Turbo Tax walked me through each step to completing my federal tax return for 2022, in just over an hour! I have used Turbo Tax for years and since I started using TurboTax I don't dread doing my taxes which is wonderful!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from VERY DISAPPOINTED I paid for the TurboTax Deluxe prior to getting to the end to e-file and request that some of my refund be withheld. Unfortunately, I did not see this option. I had customer support contact me and after being on the phone for 20 minutes while they researched, I was informed this was not an available option with Turbo Tax. I have used Tax Act, Tax Slayer and H&R Block in the past, each one had this option available prior to filing. I inquired about a refund and was sent information regarding applying for one, with the caveat that a refund may not be applicable after review. I went ahead and filed, instead. This is the last time I will ever be using Turbo Tax to file a return!
