My only complaint is that once you upgrade if you realize you don't want to upgrade later you can't downgrade. You end up having to pay for something you didn't need. Other than that I had a great experience with the site.

Even though the instructions indicated "we will help you with this later" it actually does not. Call customer service, and they verified you cannot do this, but offered no solution other than to print and file by mail. I would like to have heard or yeah, we will get this updated in the next software rev...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Peasy Taxes Made Easy The process seemed to be easier this time around. The side was user friendly and not cluttered with a lot of extra into to look at. Everything seemed direct and to the point and best of all both the state and the federal filing were FREE, FREE, FREE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect EXCEPT for City of Detroit 2 years in a row Turbotax has failed to populate the City of Detroit portion of my state return. I had to manually file last year and this year I caught it and had to enter the data manually into the form.
