On 4/6 I scheduled an appt to get call from tax expert on Friday 4/7 at 11:45am EST, BUT NOBODY EVER CALLED ME. during the day 4/7 i re-requested a call back for help 4-5 times over the course of 6-7 hours, NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. i finally connected to a product support person live, who connected me to a live tax expert, however the tax expert told me i needed to hangup and repeat the request process, when he was already on the phone! NOBODY CALLED ME BACK! VERY FRUSTRATING. i had to resort to chat sessions

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems this year Had several problems with Turbotax, the worst being an issue withApple and Turbotax where it wanted me to save in beginning but would not save. I spent three days working with your engineers and finally it was fixed with help from a very high level gal in Valdosta GA at Intuit. I been using for 20+ years but I am hesitant on using again. problem supposably with Apple and Intuit relationship.
