Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great job Turbotax Very easy user interface, easy steps and helpful tips on finding the information that I needed. I wish it go over a little more of what i might have or what i do to see if there are more tax breaks, and some of it still had me questioning if it was that easy, but I see that Im getting a great return and appreciate how easy it was in general.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fairly easy to file Most of the features were easy to use. On both the Federal and State returns I did get stuck in loops for continuous reviews and needed to pay extra for live help to fix the errors, somewhat disappointing. But Pamela today was very efficient, helpful and courteous and fixed problems in timely way. However, didn't need to use the live help on previous few years of Turbo Tax returns, returns seem more complicated.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I do not like the new format I'm not too fond of the new format. I have used it for several years and this year I could not import my last year's return into the new design. So I had to recreate my profile. I purchased my software from Sams and in the end, it made me pay again.
