Rated 5 out of 5 by from FAST, SIMPLE SEVEN YEARS AND I WOULDN’T CHANGE PROGRAMS. SIMPLE OR COMPEX TURBO TAX IS CAPABLE OF WALKING YOU THROUGH YOUR RETURNS. BET THE COST IS MINIMAL AND QUALIFIED TAX CONSULTANTS ARE AVILBLE FOR ANY SITUTION.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax Premium is pretty good, some glitches Easy to enter your stuff. Like that it can bring over prior year items. Still needs improvement on some entries with short sales of stocks. Prior TurboTax allowed us to see where in the form it it filling but now, maybe because it's an online version vs the CD, I cannot see it til the end when you are about to file, see the whole form. Love that we can download trades from trading company. Some entries are too simple so I cannot see where they even got the number for me to clarify when they need it to move on. Some trading entries are not clear which person's account it's requesting more information about so you have to dig through the statements.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Never again Very unhappy with the additional expense and complete lack of user feedback using the Online TurboTax vs. the disc product. Twice as expensive as using the disc, and when my return was rejected and re-filed, it didn't actual get sent to the IRS. I've been using TurboTax for over 25 years and I am done with it.

I also love having the confidence to do my taxes correctly and efficiently without the hassle of scheduling an appointment with a tax office which are usually at inconvenient hours and days. Thank you TurboTax for another successful and non-stressful tax season!
